Isabella Creatura is a Program Analyst on the Reconnecting Communities team—part of the Office of the Secretary at the US department of Transportation. In her role, she evaluates applicants to the discretionary grant program, which reconnects communities divided by transportation infrastructure. She also provides assistance to applicants and awardees, and conducts program evaluation. Isabella also serves as a co-lead of DOT’s Equity Data Community of Practice. She earned her Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University.
