As a regional planner at Metro, Jess is focused on building relationships with agency, municipal, business, and community partners to move big regional ideas forward. She is currently managing Metro's effort to update Future Vision, the region's 50-year conceptual vision. Our goal is to articulate a vision that galvanizes partners to work together toward our region's potential. We'll create a broadly inclusive process to define this high-level vision and work with partners to identify implementation priorities for Metro and other government and non-government entities that start greater Portland on the path to that 50-year future. Prior to Metro, Jess worked in multimodal transportation consulting for clients across the U.S., helping communities become safer, more enjoyable places to travel, especially by foot and bike.
