Xhulio is the Executive Director of the Tacony Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit dedicated to revitalizing Philadelphia's most unique neighborhood through community-led economic development, urban design, historic preservation, and environmental action. He has a Master of Architecture degree from MIT and is currently working towards his PhD in architectural history at Princeton.
