Ryan Judge is Director of Strategic Planning & Analysis at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). In that role, he coordinates strategic and long range planning activities at SEPTA, including expansion projects and station-area planning studies. He led the development of SEPTA Forward, the agency's new Strategic Plan, and is leading critical implementation programs, including Reimagining Regional Rail, Bus Revolution, and Project Metro. He was named Emerging Planner of the Year by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association in 2017.
