Oliver Hartleben is a city planner with a public administration degree focused on existing and evolving demographic, mobility, built form, public outreach, and innovation topics.
He has worked for over 20 years in mobility and land use and is currently working on several transit-centered projects in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Oliver has worked on over three dozen TOC schemes of varying scales, types, and levels of detail for both public and private clients, with a particular focus recently on development for transit agencies and cities moving into the world of development.
Oliver teaches the “TOD Planning and Design” course at SFU’s City Program, and currently leads Arcadis’ Canada West Coast Urban Planning and Urban Design Practice.
