Mike Logan is a Registered Professional Planner and urbanist who Leads Mott MacDonald's Urban Planning and Mobility practice in Canada, serving clients in Toronto and Vancouver. He is an expert in public and stakeholder engagement, policy and decision-making.

Mike has provided leadership through concept development, business casing and preliminary design to major transit projects in the Toronto area including subways, metros, heavy rail and LRT.

Mike's experience with Transit-oriented Development includes
pioneering the incorporation of TOD and its benefits into transit network planning and business casing through to contributing to concept design of TOD projects.
Contributing to the conceptual design for TOD buildings in the context of a progressive design-build project, including interface agreements between transit asset owner and future developer.
