Erica Blonde, AICP is a planning project manager at HNTB Boston. Her focus is on federal and state environmental justice analyses, equitable engagement and design, and USDOT grant applications. Her work is primarily in New England and California. She has 10+ years of industry experience, including work on New York City’s Build it Back Program through the Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Erica served on the steering committee for the TRB Conference on Advancing Transportation Equity for five years. She holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard's Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Ethnicity, Race and Migration from Yale College. She was born and raised in Florida (the fun part) and enjoy pottery and pickleball.
