Tim Chan has 25 years of transportation and land use planning experience.  He is currently the Group Manager of Station Area Planning at BART where he and his team advance the District’s policies and programs to:
• Address the regional housing crisis and to increase affordability
• Improve how people get to the stations in an equitable and sustainable way
• Modernize the stations to make them more functional and attractive
• Better integrate the stations into the neighborhoods served by BART
• Continually look for ways to improve the experience for all BART riders.
