I am a licensed engineer and attorney, with 43+ years of experience in the planning, design and development of rail transportation systems, focusing primarily on passenger rail. As Executive Director of the Schuylkill River Passenger Rail Authority, I serve as Project Manager for the planning and design effort currently underway through the Federal Railroad Administration's Corridor Identification and Development Program. My education includes: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University; MBA from Pepperdine University; and, Juris Doctor from Temple University.
