Will is a steering committee member and volunteer organizer for better transit, safer
streets, and housing abundance with 5th Square, serving for 7 years. In his role as an
organizer, he has led dozens of grassroots advocacy campaign for better urban spaces in
Philadelphia. Will holds a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania. He works professionally as a Fire Captain in Philadelphia, and has worked
in emergency service for the past 18 years. Will lives in the Kingsessing neighborhood of
Southwest Philly with his wife and daughter.
