Germán Quiñonez is the Community Development Manager for South Tower Community Land Trust. His primary emphasis centers on equitable development that addresses the social disparities that directly impact the most vulnerable populations in Fresno’s south neighborhoods, through civic engagement, capacity building, health advocacy, and community revitalization. Through his integration of creative placemaking, a process where community members, artists, arts and culture organizations, community developers, and other stakeholders can use arts and cultural strategies have led to community-led change. In 2023, Germán successfully led efforts to develop a neighborhood park.
