Matthew M. Thomas is an urban development professional dedicated to community revitalization and data-driven solutions. As the GIS & Research Manager at the Cuyahoga Land Bank, he evaluates housing initiatives and stabilization projects across the county using advanced mapping and real estate analysis. His expertise in creating detailed maps and analyzing real estate markets informs strategic decision-making processes within the organization. Previously, as the Housing Development Manager at Northwest Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation, he led the redevelopment of vacant and abandoned properties on Cleveland's near west side and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
