Alison Goldey is the Executive Director of the Chatham County/City of Savannah Land Bank Authority, Inc. Mrs. Goldey has been involved in Land Banking for 27 years and serves as a resource to cities and counties throughout Georgia in the field of Land Banking.

Mrs. Goldey previously served as the Executive Director of the Macon-Bibb County Land Bank Authority, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Land Bank. Her responsibilities included acquisition, disposition, and maintenance of blighted and underutilized properties for the purpose of neighborhood revitalization.

In April of 2019, Mrs. Goldey became the Executive Director of the Chatham County/City of Savannah Land Bank Authority, Inc. where she continues to work in a collaborative effort with community and business leadership, state and local government, and both non-profit and private developers charged with the responsibility of coordinating and implementing neighborhood redevelopment.

Mrs. Goldey is currently Vice-President of the Georgia Association of Land Bank Authorities (GALBA) and a Board Member of the State Housing Trust Fund for Homelessness, the Georgia Balance of State Continuum of Care and Habitat Georgia. She holds an undergraduate Business Degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia College and State University.
