Roshanak Mehdipanah is an Associate Professor of Health Behavior and Health Equity in the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health. She is co-director of the Prevention Research Collaborative, and also Director of the U-M Housing Solutions for Health Equity initiative focused on informing local, state, and national policy through interdisciplinary research on housing. Her research focuses on how urban policies, particularly related to the built environment, impact the health and health inequities of individuals, neighborhoods, and cities.
