Chloe Grainger serves as Director of Policy and Advocacy for National NeighborWorks Association. Chloe's experience includes policy work on agriculture, nutrition, education, labor, tax, housing, and small business issue areas, including work in the House Appropriations Committee. She recently served as Senior Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Lauren Underwood (IL-14). Before her service on the Hill, she worked as a Copywriter for McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Grainger holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
