One of the unanticipated impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic was a wave of employees resigning from numerous sectors. High turnover is already a challenge for the field of social services, so the urgency to recruit and retain staff is at an all-time high. What does it take to build and keep a team for the work at hand and the work that lies ahead? This Session will explore ways staff and leaders alike can create and sustain a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and desirable for new and existing team members.
