Wraparound services are critical to providing comprehensive care in a housing first model. This session will focus on providing quality supportive housing services to tenants of permanent supportive housing. Learn how to ensure wrap around services are coordinated, accessible and implemented in a PSH program in rural Michigan. This session will also focus on how to establish system level solutions for wrap around supports throughout your local homeless response system.
