This session will provide insights about the barriers faced by returning citizens and the ways in which those barriers can be broken down.  Presenters will cover a range of topics which include: exploring Societal Barriers faced by Returning Citizens, how Returning Citizens can use the new Clean Slate law to remove those barriers, the correlation between housing , incarceration, and recidivism, and available resources for those in need of legal services. Participants will also learn first hand insight from impacted leader(s) who have experienced housing barriers.
