Kristal Reyes works as an outreach specialist for Michigan’s stay well program. She is also the Clinical Director of 1st Step Referral Services in Ann Arbor MI. Kristal is a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s in public health.

Kristal’s areas of expertise are trauma, creating trauma informed spaces, behavioral health, addiction, and recovery treatment within vulnerable populations.

Kristal has extensive training in crisis and trauma services. She is contracted with the state of Michigan and DHHS as an outreach specialist to provide free behavioral and emotional support to Michigan residents during and after the pandemic.
