Victoria is the Program Director for Homeless and Prevention Services at NE MI Community Service Agency (NEMCSA). She is the Chair of the Local Planning Body in Region 3 with the Balance of State. NEMCSA is the designated HARA and administers Rapid Rehousing, Street Outreach, Coordinated Entry and Homeless Prevention Services. Victoria sits on the emergency housing council for the State of Michigan and advocates across the state to promote policy change for those experiencing housing insecurities. Her love for this work comes from a passion of leading others to self-sufficiency and improving her community for generations to come .
