Debbie Neumann received her bachelor’s degree from Sienna Heights University in Community Service and master’s degree in Community Service with concentrations in Aging Populations and Poverty at Michigan State University. Debbie has been employed with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority for 14 years working in various capacities with the Office of Community Development, and Housing Voucher Programs - currently serving as a Resource Specialist to Housing Agents administering the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
