Sgt. Casale received her master’s degree in Arts Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Management and her bachelor’s degree in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Sgt. Casale began her professional career as a Philadelphia Police Officer in the 25th District in 2015. She has continued her work with the Philadelphia Police as a Police Sergeant in the 24th District, specifically the Kensington community where many people are struggling with homelessness and substance abuse disorder. Since 2019, Sgt. Casale has also been a part of the Philadelphia Police Department’s Major Incident Response Team, the first line of defense in major disasters, protests, and terrorist related events. Sgt. Casale is an integral part of Philadelphia’s Encampment Resolution Program and continues to be a source of hope for those that are in desperate need in Philadelphia communities.
