In this session you will learn about how a small agency (around 10 staff) began to authentically engage individuals with lived experience of homelessness in physical and program design as they are moving towards building supportive house. This process has been exciting, messy, complicated, and learning journey for sure. We share about our experience and offer encouragement for wherever you are on this journey.
