Aubrey Patino (she/her), LMSW, is the Executive Director of Avalon Housing whose mission is to build supportive housing centered on community, care, and support as a long term solution to homelessness. She serves on the Board of her local CoC and the Washtenaw Housing Alliance. Aubrey is a politicized social worker and community organizer committed to equity, housing justice, decarceration, and ending homelessness. She has been doing housing justice work for 15+ years grounded in principles of harm reduction; working with people experiencing homelessness, systems change, and innovative housing first programs.
