Dolores Trese is the managing attorney for the Holland office of Legal aid of Western Michigan. She has represented tenants facing eviction for 25 years. She currently supervises and trains new attorneys who represent tenants being evicted. She has participated in several community collaborations trying to address the housing issues faced by low income individuals. She has worked with her local courts to implement the changes in eviction law, and the increased funding for eviction prevention, that was spurred by Covid.
