Mary Kavanaugh-Gahn is the deputy director of Legal Services of Northern Michigan. For the past 27 years, Mary has supervised and trained staff attorneys representing tenants. She collaborates with state-wide and regional groups to address housing inequities in rural areas. Mary coordinated Covid response systems with local courts, advocates and MSHDA and SCAO in the northernmost 36 counties of the state.
