Catherine Stratford has a passion for serving survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, with over 30 years of experience. She has been the Program Coordinator of the First Step Shelter for the past 12 years. In 2018 First Step opened their Animals Receiving Kindness (ARK) shelter, Catherine helped develop and oversees the ARK program. Catherine has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from Madonna University.
