In rural communities, libraries are more than places to borrow books; they are trusted gathering spaces where people find connection and belonging. This session explores how a partnership between a Housing Resource Center and a local library transformed a shared community space into a hub for relationship-based outreach, housing navigation, and community collaboration. Participants will learn how creating belonging, meeting people where they are, and building cross-sector partnerships reduce barriers to housing, combat stigma, and strengthen long-term housing stability.
