This session will examine how coordinated entry scoring tools, shelter eligibility rules, HUD definition gaps, and cross-system data silos create compounding harm for pregnant and postpartum families — particularly Black women, immigrant and refugee mothers, and families in rural Michigan where shelter capacity is near zero.
