In this advanced session of Shelter Diversion, the presentation will be focused on creative case management and diversion as a way to navigate a challenging funding environment. At a time when it can feel like funding sources are becoming more restrictive and less available this session will train on how to utilize diversion as way to stretch resources while assisting clients with creative problem solving. Near the end of the session, we will discuss fundraising and community collaboration to cultivate donors that would be interested in supporting the homeless response system with needs that can be served through diversion.
