Description

COVID has many of us operating in tumultuous waters! The uncertainty of what’s around the next bend impacts our ability to make solid business decisions and let’s not forget the changes in our personal lives! Lisa Fisher utilizes the instructions from her White-Water Rafting experience and translates them into a framework for decision making and action steps for implementation into our personal and professional lives. Starting with making the commitment to going on this adventure, she takes us through seven additional steps resulting in creating a current plan as well as your plan B for course correction. Participants will be provided a document to follow along and create their plan as we power through the content. Today we are dealing with the effects of a Pandemic, tomorrow is could be a competitor opening, a natural disaster or the loss of a major account. Disruption comes in a variety of forms. If you have been impacted by any of the aforementioned, this presentation is for you.
