Ben joined Cinnaire in 2011 as Vice President of Underwriting in the Grand Rapids office and was promoted in 2021 to Senior Vice President, Business Development. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Ben worked at the Inner City Christian Federation (ICCF), a nonprofit real estate developer for nearly eight years. In his time there he worked in several areas of real estate development, with his most recent position administering their real estate development finance operations. Ben earned his B.A. from Calvin College and his M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University.
