Courtney Hierlihy is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Michigan earning her degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2017.  She is currently the CERA Program Director at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency.  Courtney has 10 years of social work experience in various front line and leadership positions. While working in homeless services she has provided case management to those in Permanent Support Housing, managed and expanded the Out-Wayne Coordinated Entry System to include a street outreach team and enhanced community partners referrals, led the Eviction Diversion Program (EDP) for Out-Wayne County which encompassed $5.4 million in assistance, and is now leading the effort to provide over $100 million in assistance through the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program in Wayne County.
