Gerald Leslie (Gerry) is an experienced professional in the areas of data management, systems design, evaluation and privacy application. Mr. Leslie has over a decade of experience in the Homeless Management Information Systems field, working with both statewide implementations and local communities to design systems, develop HMIS governing policies and procedures, design and implement coordinated entry systems and evaluate processes and outcomes.
