Nathan Dickinson is an Underwriter at Cinnaire. In this role, he analyzes risk, evaluates and structures real estate equity investments and works to close loans supporting the meaningful impact Cinnaire creates for the communities we serve. Nathan enjoys working with our partners to close deals and see projects come to life. He is focused on utilizing his financial expertise to support healthy, vibrant communities. Prior to joining Cinnaire, he worked in commercial banking as a credit analyst and business banker.

Nathan takes an active role in Cinnaire Cares, Cinnaire's companywide and staff funded charitable giving program and he is also a key member of Cinnaire’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. He serves as a facilitator for Ele’s Place, a healing center for grieving children and teens. Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Mathematics from Central Michigan University.
