Kristen Senff is Vice President of Originations and oversees the structuring, underwriting, and closing of new tax credit investments in the Midwest region. Since joining NEF in 2010, Kristen has closed and/or secured over $950 million in LIHTC equity and assisted in closing several proprietary funds with new NEF investors. She currently sits on the board of the Ohio Housing Council and is a mom to 3 active boys. Prior to joining NEF, she served as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America in their Commercial Real Estate Lending and Special Assets Groups. She holds a B.S. in finance from Miami University.
