Elizabeth Rademacher is the Allocations Manager of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) section of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. In that role, Liz works with the development community, analyzing LIHTC funding, helping projects through LIHTC process, and crafting the Qualified Allocation Plan. She previously led MSHDA’s Addendum III Review Team, reviewing and providing feedback to Permanent Supportive Housing developments. Liz has previously worked in public accounting, banking, and casino auditing, and is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University.
