The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) is the largest energy incentive effort in U.S. history with more than 70 credits and funding programs included in the act. This session will discuss the provisions and programs that impact the multifamily housing industry including Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP), EPA Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, Section 48 (ITC and solar), 45L energy efficiency credits and electric vehicle charging stations, along with various rebates.
