Housing is at the forefront of nearly every community dialogue with demands centered on increasing access and variety of formats. This session will unpack MIHousingData.org, a public resource designed to help community members and housing stakeholders have greater access to their data. Discussion will center on how to use that data to influence housing and community development at the local level. We will also touch on how that data relates to tools to advance attainable housing goals, including zoning reform, financing tools, and the latest expansion of the Pattern Book Homes Project.
