Angela has over 15 years of experience cultivating relationships in state government, academia, and community development sectors, facilitating conversations at the intersection of race, gender, policy, and organizational change. As Senior Director of Community Development Ecosystem Building at CDAD, Angela manages a portfolio of projects centering racial equity, justice and system transformation.

Angela double majored in Political Science and Public Administration, graduating cum laude from Elon University. They received a Master’s degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University, where their thesis explored residential housing patterns and preferences of African Americans.
