Cassandra Oracz has worked for Cinnaire, a Community Development Finance Institution that invests in people and places to transform communities through capital investments and development solutions, out of the Grand Rapids office since 2019. In her current role as an Asset Stabilization Expert (ASE), she works closely with a range of non-profit and for-profit developer partners to stabilize struggling assets, ensure the financial success of the properties by working collaboratively with on-site management for operational needs, maintaining compliance, quarterly and annual reporting, and abidance of the partnership agreement and regulatory agreements. Prior to this role at Cinnaire, she worked as a Stabilized Asset Manager and as a Financial Analyst in the Special Assets and REO departments.

Previously, she served as Real Estate Development Associate at the Inner-City Christian Federation. Prior to that position, Cassandra worked at Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids where she found her passion of working within the affordable housing space.

Cassandra earned her BA in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network Michigan Chapter, the Board of Directors Vice Chair of Habitat for Humanity Kent County and sits on the City of Grand Rapids’ Affordable Housing Fund Board. In her spare time, Cassandra is passionate about helping others on a micro level by serving in her local community.
