From overseeing over $250M in defense projects at Lockheed Martin to securing millions in grant funding for Michigan-based nonprofits and small businesses. She collaborates with accelerators, supporting both early-stage startups and established companies, serial entrepreneur of hospitality small businesses, and partners with local economic development groups with a focus on capacity building and development. Since founding Lionbear Ventures in 2021, she has raised over $14M in local, state and federal funding and provides services to over 40 clients annually.
