Mike Rossi is a vice president of acquisitions at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, an Enterprise Community Partners affiliate. He originates investments primarily with sponsors based in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and the Dakotas. Since joining Enterprise in 2010, Mike has closed over $700 million of Low-Income Housing and Historic Tax Credit equity, creating or preserving nearly 4,000 homes.

Mike has an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School (2010) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
