Jessica Eiland Anders is the Michigan Program Director for the Thome Aging Well Program at Enterprise Community Partners. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked in community development, affordable housing development, nonprofit management, and philanthropy. Prior to joining Enterprise, Jessica was the Special Projects Manager at The Skillman Foundation in Detroit. Jessica also worked for 8 years in St. Louis, Missouri. There she served as the Associate Director for Skinker DeBaliviere Community Council, President of Northside Community Housing, Inc., and Project Manager for Rise Community Development.

Jessica has a master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, urban/community studies, and African & African American studies from the University of Michigan. Jessica is the board chair of Friends of the Rouge and a board member for Reparation Generation.
