Darien Pipkin serves as the Senior Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Project Manager for Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). She assists with efforts that address social determinants of health, health disparities, public health policies, and a wide range of other strategic initiatives. Darien administers and monitors innovative, community-driven policies and programs that advance health equity. Her expertise expands across program management, grant management, process improvement, community relations, and strategic planning.
