Miller brings 20+ years of fostering innovative programs and strategic partnerships that advance community, economic, and workforce development in small and rural communities to her role as the Director of Partnerships and Engagement for the Michigan Office of Rural Prosperity where she focuses on connecting rural communities with resources and ensuring that rural voices inform programs and policies. Miller holds degrees from Alma College and Grand Valley State University.
