Matt Hollander is a Partner and Senior Developer at Edison Community Partners, LLC and President of Hollander Development Corporation. Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Matt specializes in the development of multifamily affordable, workforce, and senior housing communities throughout the state.
At ECP, Matt structures deals and secures funding to create new residential and mixed-use developments, with a specific focus on co-locating affordable/workforce housing with licensed early childhood centers. As HDC’s President, he is responsible for the preservation of a portfolio of housing communities around the state.
A proponent of high-performance construction, Matt integrates durable, safe, ultra-efficient building methods to enhance long term affordability and sustainability. His expertise in finance, development, and sustainability has led to multiple award winning projects.
