Jane MacKenzie has been the Executive Director of Northern Homes Community Development Corporation for over 25 years, overseeing affordable housing initiatives across a six-county region in northern Michigan. Under her leadership, Northern Homes has developed numerous impactful projects, including the Lofts at Lumber Square, a new 60-unit apartment community for missing middle households in Petoskey.
