Transaction Specialist/Asset Manager, Asset Management Division MSHDA
Sandra works as a Transaction Specialist/Asset Manager and is responsible for monitoring troubled properties, mitigating risk, and executing transactions within the Authority’s multifamily portfolio. Sandra joined MSHDA in January 2022 after working over 15 years as a Controller for an oil and gas company followed by a few years as Controller at a property management company. Sandra is married with two children and two fur babies. When she is not working, she enjoys baking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family.
