Kristy Hall has 35 years of experience in the affordable multifamily housing industry. Ms. Hall’s role as Manager of MORs includes oversight of the Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) for the Michigan and Hawaii Performance Based Contract Administration (PBCA) portfolios. This consists of developing, implementing, and monitoring the MOR Work Plans for both states to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the final results.
